Once entering the store the salesperson- Joshua greeted me to ask me if I looking for something in particular. I was bringing in my bracelet to be cleaned and he offered me options of looking around in the store or returning to the store in 20 minutes. While he was cleaning my pieces, we were talking about anything and I was looking around for new charms. When he handed me my clean bracelet that looked brand new, I took advantage to purchase some more charms, and teaching me how to care for them. Great customer service, and very courteous. I left with three new charms and feeling very good about my purchase.
