I was greeted IMMEDIATELY when entering the store. I told the sales clerk shat I was looking to purchase and about my return, she then lead me over to the clamps and spacers. Had great service just didn’t have the charm I was looking for Im sure do due to being closed for awhile but ended up purchasing a few other pieces while I was there with great service
