The place was fine, nothing wrong, the associate was nice she was doing a perfect job. I guess the reason why it’s not highly satisfying is because of lack of charms on display

The question that asked whether there was a problem, please understand the problem wasn't with the staff or store at all, they are always wonderful when both my mom and I visit. The problem for me was due to certain items such as the purple murano glass and palm tree charms weren't available (either not listed online or currently out of stock). The associates informed me where to look just incase I might me able to purchase those at another location before they potentially are removed from the product line.
