On my visit yesterday I came into the store to either exchange old broken charms for new ones but they were not in stock. I was told by associate due to the being on sale when purchased originally I have to call corp CS to get exact one or credit towards next new purchase. Which sometimes can become more of hassle then help! So I end up stuck with broken charms or less charms on my bracelets!

I wanted to purchase an item that had a price of $90.00 in front of it. But was told the item was $95.00 i wanted the price i saw and was not given it. So i decided not to purchase it.

Went in for Mother’s Day promotion. Buy an item and get a bracelet. Branch said “Only while supplies last.” Went with intent to receive promotion.
