I’m ew to the Pandora experience so it will take me some time getting use to the knowledge of Pandora’s merchandise!

The associates and the selection of the items were great, my only complaint is the store being extremely hot.

I wasn’t satisfied enough because I could not find the store it was hidden almost so I did a circle for 5 minutes.

Store associate Matt was very friendly and attentive. Although he seemed fairly new, his amount of product knowledge was enough to help me with what I needed. With that being said, once he was stumped on a pricing question the other associates were nowhere to be found and left their fairly new colleague to fend for himself. Still an overall good experience. Four stars

Had no bracelets in bigger sizes

I actually came into the store thinking there was a clearance show case to take a look at those items to make purchase but was'nt any in store. Either way I purchased for charms for Pandora bracelet.

Our sales associate destiny was wonderful, we were greeted by a different woman when we first came in but she walked away from us and started assisting another customer. Then destiny started assisting us and prior to us leaving while we were paying another sales associate came in ushered my mom out of the way asking us to social distance when we have been standing there for almost the entire ready of our visit picking out jewelry and pain. It was quite rude

The selection for friends charms were few. I was also looking for clip on charms for my own brace and that selection was few as well. I think there should be options.

The wait was a little long.
