I went to purchase a safety chain. I have one already (the heart safety chain) but ever so often, it comes off and recently it came off and I lost two of my charms. I explained this to the sales associate and asked to purchase a stopper or something that would prevent the safety chain from coming off. The sales representative showed me a safety chain that has a stopper and I purchased it. However, this lady came and was questioning my reason about the safety chain opening. I was upset that she did not believe me and appeared to be doubting my complaint. I was disappointed because I told the sales rep that it happened ever so often and if it was happening, why would I purchase another. The lady, maybe the manager was rude. Anyway, the sales rep was very professional and treated me with respect.

I was not satisfied with The Mother's Day Special of a free bracelet with a $150 order. I spent over $300 and was told they ran out of the free bracelets and there was nothing they could do. There was no substitute or I could pick up one later when they received more. I was told they ran out and no more.

Service at Dania pointe Pandora sucks because they are always understaffed which results in waiting for some time versus other locations when I’m acknowledged and helped right away

The sales associate wasn't friendly or welcoming. I asked that my bracelet be cleaned, I was told not during the holidays unless VIP.

Been there three different times, barely have any charms took about 10 to find a charm I liked. Felt like the associate was trying to push a sale on me when I simple wanted to exchange a bracelet.

I came in to make a purchase as well as make an exchange for an item I purchased on line. The sales associate helping us did not know the procedure for the exchange. The sales supervisor was not at all helpful. Since my purchase was on line, she asked me for a receipt and I showed her the email. My email did not have a bar code. Therefore, she told me she could not help me! If I had lied and said it was a gift, she said she would have exchanged it for me!

I was greeted immediately when I walked in and asked how I could be helped. the sales rep helped me choose a gift for a friend and also a few charms for myself along with a new bracelet
