Pandora Jewelry

I came into my nearest pandora cleaning! This Dania Pointe pandora recently opened up. They do not greet you when you come in like most pandora stores do. I was met with Keyri B. I asked if she could kindly clean my bracelet. To preface, I bought the bracelet last year and have not cleaned it like i should have. She looked at it with Disgust, and said this is at least going to take 30 mins. I agreed and understood. I asked her if in the meanwhile i can look at more jewelry . She said yes and proceeded to walk in and out of the doors with a bad attitude. I had to ask her yet again to see some charms. She had such an attitude on her face when i was asking her for prices. I was looking forward to buying charms but just wanted the experience to be over with.

I purchased two charms for my mother and one for myself, as they were cleaning my bracelets I walked around and looked at other charms and noticed one said mom I ask to exchange one of the charms, I was told no by the associate and manager and I never left the store prior to that. I purchased a charm that was on sale but the receipt read all sales final no refunds, I wanted to exchange the charm was not trying to get my money back. I was very disappointed. I spend a lot of money with Pandora over the past five years. This location is closer to my job but highly doubt if I’ll be visiting again.

Came in and was greeted but I felt rushed with my order didn't feel welcomed at all! I felt so uncomfortable! African-American is not welcomed there at all will never go to that store again!! Very disappointing 😕

Because they was false advertising I saw a bracelet and it said 475 but charged me 673 because they messed up and did nothing to convenience me, it was my first &&’ last time ever shopping with pandora it was a ghetto unfair experience
