The knowledge and friendliness of the staff is outstanding.

I special order Nutrasaff - a product that my local store does not keep on hand. Each time I have ordered it they have been friendly, cooperative, and very timely. I always get a call telling me it has arrived and they are willing to hold it for a few days until I make my way to their store.

Went in looking for decorative bird house. The sales rep, Christina, was a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable and patient with me as I was looking for the perfect feeder and she gave me her undivided attention going thru the inventory they had and making recommendations to me It was a great experience and felt like I got the feeder most appropriate. Please tell her I said thank you again for the assistance she provided.

Lori was so helpful and knowledgeable, I prob asked 100 questions and she looked in her bird book if she didn’t know the answer!
