My husband and I thoroughly enjoy visiting the store because of the wide variety of merchandise and the knowledgeable and friendly staff.

My wife and I frequently shop there, and are known onsite by some of the staff. They are always able to answer questions, and happy to give advice on what products they use.

Everyone was so nice. Helped me decide what bird food to buy to avoid squirrels taking over the new bird feeder I bought. I love looking around to see what’s new. I’ve never been in a Wild Birds unlimited store before, so this was my first experience. The staff were very warm, friendly, and inviting. They asked if we had questions but were not overbearing or pushy in trying to sell us anything. When not engaged with customers they were busy cleaning and restocking. Their banter was friendly and inviting. It felt like being at a friends house for the first time. Well done!
