Friendly staff, clean environment, lots of choices for everyone to do

My son requested this place for his birthday party. All the children in my party and the adults enjoyed the time. The environment was busy but not too overwhelming.

Our Birthday hostess was wonderful! Everything ran smoothly, food was great, kids had So much fun. Overall, it was a very easy process and resulted in a great birthday party for my son.

The Manager stepped in and asked me what issue I was having regarding a misunderstanding in booking a party for my son. He definitely FIXED THE ISSUE IN A QUICK MANNER AND ALLOWED ME TO HAVE A BIRTHDAY ROOM. He was GREAT‼️I WILL BE RETURNING BECAUSE OF HIM .

My sons birthday party was amazing. The entire staff where so helpful. I was running around a lot and they did everything they could to help ease the stress. I can’t thank the two staff members who worked on my party enough. Having to not stress about decorations or setting up or breaking down or serving or bringing utensils was extremely extremely helpful. The park itself was so fun for all of the people who came. We had a blast and plan on coming back again and again.

The staff was very polite, attentive and accommodating. Albeit minor, we had last minute adds and changes after we started, and they handled it seamlessly. The kids loved the jump portion, it had a great variety of things to do. The pizzas were very good. For the attention and accommodation we received, coupled with the quality of the product, it was an overall great value and experience. Will do it again. Thanks very much.
