I loved how helpful and nice the staff members was that assisted me with the birthday party. They were very accommodating and made everything easy and worry free. Every kid in the party said that place was the best they have been to, better then the other jump places. I also loved the personal touch from the place. Thank you guys. Kids are our future and we should do everything to protect them and help them grow up happy to be amazing people in life .

We loved my daughter didn't want to leave. We will be doing it again. Thank you very much

The kids had so much fun. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The one thing I wish they had is where the kids can't go in and out. Especially the little ones its hard to keep up with them. Kind of like Chucky Cheese does. Thanks so much for everything!

We were disappointed with the pizza. The pizza was not fully cooked. It was still doughy. We told our party planner

Had to wait 45 minutes for the party room. I was over charged for the pizza. Did have help with serving the food in party room.

The check-in seemed somewhat disorganized. The party host had to go back and forth several times to print badges/get shirts, etc. The party room wasn't clean when we got there and we had to wait to use it at our scheduled time. Also, the party host didn't check on us much throughout the evening. I had to go down and request refills for beverages.

I thought the host would help more in the party room such as help serve the pizza.

It seemed crowded and not because of Covid just overall crowded. We visited on a Sat for a party and it just was packed. Hard to see the kids. Not sure that is a fixable thing just an observation.

Young lady that helped with the party was amazing. Check in was easy and all kids that attended the party had a blast.

Pricing was the biggest issue. We arrived 15 minutes early to check in and there were only about 10 kids in the whole place. The birthday boy was told That he would have to wait to jump. We didn’t have 14 kids in the party
