Hand and Stone

Our appointment did not start on time and that time was not extended due to mix up with trying to find a female masseuse for my husband

Went in with concerns / pain in my upper back, shoulders and neck. Didn’t massage my neck at all. The pressure was too light.

The room was a bit cold.

Mostly I am highly satisfied. I feel the time in all appointments is often less than an hour - more like 50 minutes. Therapists are excellent and environment is top notch.

I was mostly satisfied with my massage and overall experience. My therapist was just slightly awkward with the initial meeting and ending of the massage, but the massage itself was very nice and so was the addition of the mini-ice facial.

I never said I wasn’t highly satisfied. It feels high end, and it’s always clean! I love the water offered before and after the massage. I do wish that we could push a button to let the therapist know when I am on the table and ready to begin my massage. I feel like it is wasting precious time when I lay on the table for a few minutes before the therapist comes back in.

No Wow moments

The water machine looks dirty. It looks like build up in the water “jog”

I was very please with both my facial and my massage. Amy and Janelle are just wonderful. My spa day was perfect and just what I needed. The entire staff at Hand and Stone are professional and friendly. I would highly recommend Hand and Stone.

The staff were professional. The appointment was relaxing. The esthetician was knowledgeable and helpful.
