They had to cancel my appointment because the therapist had a family issue. But I could not book again until almost a month away. Thankfully, the receptionist were very good and put me on a cancellation list.

The music choice was not relaxing. The massage therapist had allergies or something and breathes over face during part of massage. She didn’t spend equal time on troubled areas that I requested for extra attention.

Recently, I had a appointment schedule and in the event something happened to the message therapist not available, which is understandable. They rescheduled me for another appointment that i went to. Good. Overall, I have had good service and feel much better. Thank you for your service.

I experienced pain during massage, also the room got very warm and I couldn’t get comfortable. Therapist was great at trying to make me comfortable. I just chose the wrong service and next time will adjust.

The massage was painful at times and not as relaxing as I hoped. Upper back muscles where the therapist concentrated were tight and tender the next couple of days.

Too pushy regarding sales and membership.

My facial was great and she did a very nice job. However, I experienced an allergic reaction the next morning. I think it could have been the sun screen that was applied towards the end.

I rated satisfied as meets expectations and Highly satisfied as exceeded expectations. The spa is fantastic and only minor things need be changed.

Sandy was really great! I personally come to get massages to relax and to get massaged. I feel like the entire massage was just certain pressure points being held for 30 seconds to a minute before holding at another spot, which isn’t necessarily wrong, but not what I like and was sometimes painful (I understand that this can be good for your muscles, it just wasn’t very relaxing). Again, she was so sweet and I’m just not one to speak up out of social anxiety. The other thing was that the massage didn’t start until 5-10 minutes after the appointment started and ended about 5 minutes before the appointment ended. So my massage was cut 10-15 minutes short, which is disappointing when you pay for an hour long massage plus an upgrade. Overall, just not the kind of massage I personally like. Staff was so friendly and facility was beautiful.

I actually did not receive a service but a consultation on Cryo Slimming information. It was very thorough, the price is very affordable andnI will be returning to receive the services. My Christmas present to myself this year. Everyone was wonderful I even ran into a former co-worker that I had not seen in a long time and was happy to see. Ally was very informative about the service I am interested in. Without a doubt I will be back not only for the Cryo but also for massages. Thank you for your wonderful staff. They were so nice.
