The knowledge of the therapist was exceptional. The politeness of the reception staff was very satisfying and helpful. It was with ease that I was able to book my next appointment with a therapist and felt that my request was taken with care!

The massage felt great, but the therapist used pressure from her elbows for the majority of the massage instead of kneading with her hands. I think if she had used her hands more it would have been more effective.

Wait too long for massage therapist to come in after initial conversation. Sometimes the choice some music is repetitive and non-musical.

It's not personal - I am very selective in any survey I take in choosing the highest rating. With that said, I am not satisfied with the fact that one cannot buy a gift card for a specific dollar amount for a recipient to use as he/she wishes. The fact that one has to specify what services the recipient will use the gift card for seems odd given one can guy gift cards at all other business and let the recipient choose how he/she spends the gift card when he/she 'shops' at the place of business. This model for gift cards does not entice me to buy gift cards and also limits me to how I use the gift cards I might receive.

I don’t like your cancellation fee.

I specifically asked that my feet were addressed and while she did my heels - she did not address my arches or my toes. This is the 2nd time w her and I’m sure she just doesn’t do toes. I won’t book her again.

I tried a new therapist and found that I preferred the techniques of the one I had been going to over hers. Pressure was too light for my preference and it wasn’t as satisfying of a massage.

why not use essential oils like eucalyptus or lavender as standard. tough to find appointments with my therapist and why is the hour massage not a full hour?

I am satisfied worh over all experience but it definitely did not meet some standards.

Paid for hot stones, but they were barely used. Was not asked if pressure was ok. Not offered eye mask or aromatherapy.
