Therapist was knowledgeable and applied good pressure. Only complaint is that he talked the entire session. I prefer quiet in order to relax. Person doing my facial was excellent. Ally.

The appointment process was not easy. I had to call twice since I wasn't given all options the first time. I felt like I was being rushed.

I’m disabled and on a limited income. I feel that the prices are a little higher than I am able to afford.

Overall I was very satisfied . Nothing negative to comment.

When I returned a call after my appt. & needed to clarify a former cancelation...Tina was apparently frustrated with answering questions I had as she tossed the hand piece hard into the phone set after the call. It never feels good on the receiving end when the conversation ends in a tough tone. It may have been a slip or may not. (White glove is hard to find).

It is only because I was not familiar with the massage tech. However, the service was quite well and effective for sure. I would choose the tech again because his expertise was exceptional.

I had a sports massage done and it was nice! I had been having some upper back and neck tightness and she relieved all pressure points. Unfortunately ran out of time and didn’t get to spend much time on my lower body at all

This particular therapist uses way too much oil. We find it difficult to book appointments due to availability.
