I believe a scalp massage should be included with facials. While the mask is setting, some aestheticians do this and I always tip well when they do but most don't which seems like wasted time in the experience. Please consider adding this amazing service and benefit for clients! The only other "negative" side is the website. To book and find appointments is not very smooth. You have to select a location then go to your name/account and it just seems like this can be more seamless. Allowing us to log in as a first step would be better...as a start. Thank you.

Unhappy with the membership price increase. Hard to schedule back to back message & facial appoints unless booking 1+ month out in advance.

Nice facility. Good massage therapist. Main issue is with cost. Other places I've gone are less expensive and the massage is equivalent.

Although Aaron was extremely nice and acted professional, he talked non-stop during my service. Did not ask if I wanted silence or not. Answered that I wanted some attention to my stress areas in my back, he spent probably 90% of the time on just that spot when I answered I wanted a full body message. Had to ask him twice to move on to another area. Felt he may have been too concentrated on his own conversation. I've been tender for 2 days afterwards and took Advil twice. Will return but would like to try a different therapist.

I love the membership program. My husband and I are both part of it and love our local Hand and Stone. However, it’s bern harder and harder to be able to schedule two appointments at the same time with two therapists. We’ve had to book two or three months out at times because we like going together.

- It is too soon in the process to see results, so I'm neither satisfied nor dissatisfied - Because the process requires five treatments, it becomes expensive. If it achieves the results I hope for the expense will be worth it - I have no other comments

There’s something not right that there are too few therapists- can’t find an appointment for 4-6 weeks out and none for more than 50 minutes. I have a flexible schedule but the choice of therapists is poor. This last one kept getting heavier in pressure.
