You guys are great it’s just pretty expensive. There’s another cryoskin place in town where treatments are $200, and massages are cheaper elsewhere as well, both of which are the same quality and offer great experiences. I’ll come when I get gift certificates, but otherwise it’s just a little out of my price league :( Wish I could come consistently though!

The 1 hour massage is really 45-50 minutes. They give too much time to changing clothes and not enough time for the massage. The receptionist that greeted me was not enthusiastic like the other receptionists. It seems almost impossible to get appointments with the massage therapist of my choice, in a timely manner, let alone any massage therapist within a week or two. Definitely need more lady massage therapists! The only option is to be put in a "wait" list. Frustrating. Also, I get charged if I need to cancel/reschedule an appointment within a day or two. But no accommodations are given if H&S cancels last minute on me. Then, there are no other appointments available to 1-2, and sometimes 3 weeks.

When scheduling appointments, a preference of male/female massage therapist should be shared.

The massage and facility was awesome. I thought the prince was a bit high. Other massage places I've been give a full 60 minutes of hands on for the same price.

I don't like having to check out afterwards. I would rather check out before-hand. I hate it when someone tries to sell me a package when I am trying to stay relaxed- its stressful and annoying. The people there are very nice and knowledgeable- I'm not blaming them- they are doing their job. If I want to make another appointment, I will tell you, believe me. Massages are my favorite present- its the only thing I ask for.

My massage therapist is so friendly! I love having her for facials because we have a good mix of talking and relaxation, but as a massage therapist, it just wasn't the same. Dale used to make me feel so much more loose but this massage just didn't feel like any knots were taken out. It was okay, but a little disappointed. Again, love her just maybe not for a massage.

I tried to book an appointment online using a gift card. It was unclear how to do so and that a credit card was needed only for the cancellation policy. Disappointment more female masseuses weren't available when I wanted my appointment.

The time was accurate. I did not wait to be seen. The therapist did a great work and was quite professional as well! The session and amount of time was great!

I was mostly happy with my first visit. But a skin brightening procedure was added to my classical facial, and I did not know about the cost until later.

Therapist did not ask how the pressure was. I don’t speak up so I didn’t say anything g. Spend too much time on one area and not enough on what I complained about.
