Massage was rescheduled after therapist got in accident in January, took months to rebook, was with males and none of the “addiitons” we were told we would receive for the inconvenience were even offered to us as we were told they would be. We were also a few minutes late and massage still promptly ended at 50 minutes past the hour giving what was probably only a 40 minute massage.

My therapist was very nice, and, thankfully, not a talker!! I do not enjoy a conversation during a massage. She did a nice job, but didn't seem to know much physiology. Also, she did not finish with the face, which every massage I have ever had has ended.

I have tried twice now to book online and both times i was not able to complete the booking. This last time it said the massage was 59.95 but when it tried to confirm it was 109.95. The availability of times is very slim especially in the next week or two of any time period. Not your issue but i work 6 am - 8 pm so leaving in the middle of the day and then have to come back tends to negate the effect. I would prefer more late afternoon times or evening. Once you call or get there, things are wonderful. You need to fix that website and times available.

The therapist was very professional, but I was a bit surprised at the amount of pressure needed on my back. I’m sure he did what was necessary to get rid of the knots, but I had bruises on my back the next day. Was not the relaxing experience I was expecting.

My skin reacted / was allergic to a product put on my lips at end of facial. I had to wash it off in order for irritation to stop.

I highly enjoyed my visit

Appointment availability is extremely limited. Unfortunately I rarely know my schedule with certainty two or more weeks ahead and that’s what the availability has been lately. I’ve tried booking but often find myself having to cancel because of schedule issues.

My back hurts today from too much pressure during the massage. I like a lighter touch.

For the most part, things were good. I think the parts that really were dissatisfying for me and my wife were the before and aftercare from the reception area. Beforehand, we had questions about adding services...My wife in particular was interested in a scalp massage and was almost talked out of it by saying "Just have a friend do it"...I did not like that I was not told that having the hot stones would take time away from the rest of my message. When we were leaving, we were using some gift certificates that were a gift to us. We were never told how much was on the cards that we presented, we were never shown a breakdown of services...we were just shocked by our bill as it was MUCH higher than expected. They seemed more interested in trying to upsell us on joining a membership than anything else. While the treatment itself was good - it is for these reasons that I could not in good conscience recommend H&S to anyone let alone think about coming back at this point. The way it ended ruined our visit 100%.
