I received gift cards as a gift that I thought would cover the cost of 2 massages. My husband made the appt and was told there would be a $20 charge to do the massages as a couples massage. We added products which should have totaled $60 additional $'s. I was told the total was $150 and never given an itemized receipt. I did not want to make a scene after the relaxing massage I received, so I just paid the $150. The girls at the front desk did not seem to fully know how to do their job

The back/neck massage was good, but I felt like the arms and legs were rushed. It felt like he wasn't using massage techniques, but was just sort of kneading the muscles.

Would need more accommodations with my schedule

Honestly my biggest situation was the type of music and wishing my massage therapist had control over the music individually. I hated some of the music, but wished he could skip to the next song as opposed to only volume up or down. He was great and did an awesome job.

Didn’t warn of cold cream in hands. Seemed like she was going through the motions royally. Dressed and done with 10 min left.

I received at least three requests to confirm my appointment and responded to each. I also responded to the pre-appointment email and then had to fill out a very long questionnaire just before the appointment. Why do you need to gather so much information? The therapist didn't read the questionnaire before my appointment anyway, so why bother with it?

I would have preferred less attention to some areas and more to others. I have a hard time paying for services that I could probably get at home. The masseuse was good, I just expected more.

I was highly satisfied with my experience overall. I noticed I felt a bit nervous knowing others were getting massages and I was the only one I saw with a mask.

Good value for the cost.
