Massage therapist was amazing. Would have liked a little more pressure, but overall the massage left me feeling great!

Web site is kind of difficult to manage signing forms and skipping the ones that are not applicable. Check out staff was friendly and helpful with explaining the complicated gift card transaction and confusing save $40 dollars if I join today. Really I just wanted a massage and did not want to make all these decisions at check out. To much marketing for me.

I was satisfied w/ my experience. The only thing is that towards the tail end of the service, it was a bit noisy from the other rooms. And all of the sudden the noise also began in my room.. the person kept bumping to the chair and the table. It eliminated the peaceful ambiance having the chair bumping/hitting my table. Perhaps because she felt rushed because of her urgency to finish. If I heard all that commotion outside the room, I guess I would too.

Overall good! my massage therapist was sweet and good at her job. I did not like the push to add to on to my massage.

I may have experienced an allergic reaction to products used. I feel that customers should be offered a choice between spa music and classical music

She forgot to do the head massage that I had added on. They did reimburse me for the cost.

My facial was wonderful and very relaxing. My concern is the pain I m experiencing today in my neck and shoulders from the massage she provided.

While the value for money is good, the overall experience was not as luxurious as I am to which I am accostomed.

The only reason I did not rate my experience as "highly satisfied" is because I think there could be room for more creative improvements to the "add on" services. For example, I think there should be more exciting and unique massage add-ons that rotate with the seasons. I opted for the peppermint scalp massage add-on, and while I loved it, I think this could be a fun option for the holidays. For the summer, it would be fun to have a different add-on. Perhaps it's as simple as changing the oil from peppermint to eucalyptus, orange, or lavender.
