I was very satisfied. I had seen my previous massage therapist for many years. Just need time to get used to someone new. As for the product, I didn’t even notice it which was a good thing.

This is something that I know a lot of spas do so I know it is considered to be “normal” or “expected” however I would have liked to get a full 50 minutes of hands on even with the consultation. I would have been willing to come in early to do so :)

I was satisfied with my appointment. I loved my massage! The technique was stellar and she rubbed areas that other massage areas over look. My facial was good but not overall impressed. I would have liked a longer facial massage. The technician was very nice

Everything was fine. One of the products felt like it was burning my skin, but the girl addressed it quickly and it was alright. I do have to say that i didn’t notice any changes in my skin afterwards, though.

It was my first time visiting and I think it takes a few visits to find the perfect fit for customer and massage therapist. I’ll have a better assessment of reading the overall experience once I’ve gone a couple times.

The membership and trying to sell extra products was pushed by both my esthetician, receptionists, and massage therapist. I felt kind of pressured to upgrade my services. The membership is good, so I was glad that the receptionist could fully explain that to me before I left.
