The massage was wonderful and relaxing. Aaron did a great job working on key spots and knots in my back. My only complaints were finding the website/Facebook/contact number. It took me a bit to find it

The intake online took too much time to complete

Facial was less than 1 hour - shortened by 10 minutes.

Mix communication about type of massages but other than that satisfied with everything. People are nice and very clean and relaxing.

You didn’t get to choose your masseuse very uncomfortable having a another guy do it when there is multiple women that are masseuses

Massage therapist talked through majority of the massage. My 50 minutes was only 40. Pressure used was too light, no focus on my legs as requested.

I was not able to relax due to the speed of the therapist’s movements. I did not say anything because even though it was not relaxing, he was very attentive of my problem areas and helping relieve pain, which was what I was after.

The aromatherapy purchased with the massage fell way short of what was expected. It was also not worth the price.

The $15 charge for the scalp treatment is overpriced

My massage therapist was great at working the areas that I asked him to help with, but in doing so, spend very little time on any other areas. As those areas are no longer bothering me, I'm pleased with the massage. However, I did not find it relaxing at all. I prefer to not talk or be spoken to during my massage so that I can just relax. My therapist talked almost throughout my massage. I did not make this known to my therapist so I put some of that onus on myself, but I have never had a therapist be so talkative. If I was quiet for any length of time, he would start talking again.
