The Hand & Stone staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Kristi my message therapist made me feel safe and comfortable.

The location is inconvenient for me and it’s difficult to find a time that works for my 3rd shift work schedule based more so on the location.

50 minute massage lasted less than 45 minutes according to the clock in the room.

Therapist was very friendly, kind, welcoming and seemed knowledgeable. I liked her a lot! But, I've had other deep tissue massages, though, where the therapist was able to better loosen up tight spots. This therapist would be great for a relaxation massage.

I specifically told her I needed focus on my shoulders and back. I felt she didn’t spend much time on either but yet still massages my arms and legs. I also mentioned my shoulders could take quite a bit of pressure and she cut me off and stated she was just getting started so I didn’t feel comfortable the rest of the time to ask for deeper pressure. Also because the appointment started late (I was 15 minutes early too) I only got 45 minutes of hands on time.

I was either highly satisfied or mostly satisfied during the visit. Why are you asking this question. Thank you.

Some pressure to purchase upgrades and buy more expensive products/services

The massage I received was not relaxing. I honestly wasn’t relaxed afterwards and didn’t feel like his technique was on par with the rest of the massages I’ve received in the past.

I would like more amenities/ higher end linens and less of a push out the door when the massage is over
