I am Highly Satisfied with my experience this month because it was exactly as I expected it to be. The therapist asked about any areas of concern, as they always do, and then focused on those areas, while still being able to give me a full body massage. After having the same massage therapist for a number of months, we have a good rapport with each other which enhances my experience.

I appreciate the availability, professionalism and friendliness of the staff and therapists.

Hand and Stone has a team of professionals. Goal of my visit was to relief pain in my back and therapist helped me to get it. I'm grateful for listening and healing me ☺️

Sandy was extremely knowledgeable about dealing with chronic pain. Was very kind and offered a specific massage she thought would benefit me better. Would like to try more of an all-over massage next time just for relaxation. Will definitely be back.

It is always a warming welcome by the staff. I also enjoy that my service ladies have gotten to know me and my needs and make it a personal experience.

I like the location. The therapist knows what they are doing. I like the price.

As always, the spa was clean and relaxing. The receptionists were very friendly. And Janel was friendly and gave me a fantastic massage.
