It is always a relaxing experience. The staff are welcoming and knowledgeable. Diana is fabulous at knowing what products and treatments to recommend.

I have not had a bad experience yet. Everyone is friendly and the massage therapists are amazing.

I am very happy with my membership at Hand and Stone. I enjoy facials with Myah and massage with Katie. I will be back.

The hand and stone I visit is very clean and inviting. The reception staff are always friendly and offer me water if I want it . My esthetician is Lauren ,I always go to her she is super nice ,informative and always makes me feel comfortable and does a great job.

Front desk ladies were very informal and explained things to me, my massage person was right on time and very prompt.

The esthetician did a great job with my facial. Lauren was also very pleasant… the receptionist (Precious) made feel like I was at my local H&S!

I feel comfortable with my massage therapist. He makes sure I’m comfortable, asks what areas need to be focused on. The massage is always on time, I never wait long at all to get in.

Therapist, Susan T. was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job.

Tech is very personable. Ive had her several times and Im always very happy with her services! The business is always clean and staff is always warm and welcoming!
