I was flying into GR from a business trip and had strong neck muscle pain that had been worsening over 4 days. No chiropractors were available for a walk-in appointment, but Hand & Stone was able to fit me into a cancellation opening that day. The staff members were all very kind. My massage therapist was knowledgeable and friendly, and she focused on the specific area that was causing pain. The massage worked wonders and, while it didn't entirely alleviate the pain (I think I still need to visit a chiropractor once the weekend is over,) I have felt much better since then. Also to note: I had never been to Hand & Stone location previously, but I signed up for their membership program before I left. Thanks for accommodating me! I'm looking forward to my next appointment.

Janelle is a amazing! She listens… always remembers what my struggles are works so hard to make me feel better! She is truly an amazing massage therapist!

The building is in good repair and the bathrooms are usually tidied up frequently. Most staff are very nice and efficient, as in front desk. Certain massage therapist seem better trained.
