Susan is an outstanding MT! She is attentive to detail and informed me of the call button under the table. I had the hot stones & CBD oil combination just yesterday and still feel relaxed and pain-free today. She is very professional. I have had massage for years and wish I had found her sooner! Excellent pressure and draping, as well.

Lamoya is an excellent massage therapist; she used a firm pressure and worked out all my “kinks”. The staff at the front desk always greet me by name and are helpful whenever I ask questions or need to make changes to future appointments. H&S is a great day spa!

The therapist was very interested in what I needed and provided the appropriate care. He made sure I was comfortable and worked on my problem spots as I requested. He also adjusted pressure to my comfort level.

I have a massage monthly with my membership. I always go to Aaron and he listens to me tell him the areas that hurt and he addresses them. He's knowledgeable and very customer focused. People there are friendly and the atmosphere is like a spa - nice! Thank you
