Cleanliness and professionalism

Would have liked to be offered a menu of massage enhancement options at check in.

I began to relax as soon as I walked through the door. The receptionist was welcoming, gave me information about member services that I needed, and offered me a choice of healthful beverages. My therapist (Aaron) was calm and welcoming and put me at ease in meeting a new therapist for the first time. He listened to my needs and focused on the areas that needed the most attention, while being careful to avoid exacerbating a problem area that I told him about. He was skilled in providing a deep tissue massage that released the muscle tension I'd been carrying for weeks. Even the owner greeted me after my massage and thanked me for visiting Hand and Stone.
