All the receptions are very friendly and very helpful. I was seeing Tam for massages (but he left but is back again Thurs and Sat ;) Becca was recommended by Dianna, my esthetician. I absolutely LOVE Becca - super nice person, extremely knowledgeable and she knew exactly the pressure I needed without asking! Thank you so much for hiring her!!! (Btw, she loves working at H&S ;)

My therapist Janelle is very consistent each time. She always asks about problem areas to either avoid or pay special attention. She is always friendly but remains professional. Allergies are a concern for me, so meds for arthritis are very limited. Massage therapy helps my disco.fort greatly. Thank you!

Well, considering the fact that I only went for a consult I had nothing to be dissatisfied with. So yes I am satisfied. All me again next Monday.

From the time I walked in I felt taken care of. The receptionists are friendly, prompt and knowledgeable. My therapist listened to my needs and followed through accordingly. I would give a 5 star rating on massage technique.
