I was satisfied with my massage experience because the care I received was professional and personal. The therapist appeared to be quite knowledgeable of where my area points needed extra attention and she provided. She provided me with her long-term length of staff at Hand and Stone as I asked, which made me feel even more comfortable, knowing I was in the hands of a qualified and long-standing staff!

Ease of location. Effective therapist. Great service for reasonable cost.

I had a very relaxing experience, while also getting some much needed knots worked on. My massage therapist used firm pressure in problem areas to alleviate a lot of tension.

Aaron was friendly and interesting. Provided the appropriate amount of social interaction and quiet based on client. It was the first time I had seen him so I was interested in who he was. The actual massage was excellent. He asked several times about how the pressure was and was informative about what he was doing next. I would definitely recommend!

I really like how Josie chatted when needed, gave warnings, and requested information, but she also let me sit back and relax. Last time I had someone who talked a bit much and I didn’t get to just enjoy the treatment. I do wish longer appointments were available!

My experience at Hand & Stone Grand Rapids was all around amazing. The front desk staff were kind and welcoming. The massage therapist was phenomenal and found knots I didn’t even know I had. The membership is such a great option for making monthly massages affordable. I’ll definitely be back!
