My answers were concerning the massage. I also had a facial which was far superior to any I have ever had.

The reception and waiting times were great. My massage was excellent. Specifically my masseuse was skilled with pressure and I felt very relaxed with her. I also appreciated that she did not attempt any small talk with me as I hate talking during a massage but never know how to tell a chatty masseuse that. She started and ended with a scalp massage and that was my favorite thing.

I love how friendly and polite all the staff are. I always feel welcomed and appreciated at H&S. I also appreciate the appointment reminders and that the staff are willing to make appointments over the phone as well as offering online bookings.

I always have a very pleasant visit at this location. Staff is welcoming and the Massage Therapist I see, Dale, is always excellent. If I were to look for something to provide feedback on, maybe shades on the windows in the reception area? Not a deal breaker whatsoever but this was my first afternoon visit and I noticed that the sun was directly shining into the reception area. But that's being nit-picky.
