I own two homes. I was so disappointed in the Chatham NJ operation that I cancelled my membership there and decided to use the remaining packages (24) at the Grand Rapids, Michigan location. WOW. What a difference. The Chatham people were rud, workers quit so often it was hard to keep up. Rarely got the appointments right and never offered me any alternative packages eventhough I was moving to Michigan. I will continue my membership in Michigan. Hand and Stone should do something about the Chatham location

I've had a few massages in my life, but never one that left me as delighted and satisfied as Hand and Stone! I felt the tension release from my muscles and really enjoyed the full experience. Definitely want to go back a few times a year to refresh myself!
