The office staff are always very welcoming and professional. They always call me by name. My Massage Therapist, Dale is amazing. I literally cannot say enough wonderful things about her. She remembers problem areas from visit to visit and always checks in to see if I need upkeep there. I have visited other Massage Therapist at this location and all are very good. I will continue to come for Dale. She is extremely knowledgeable and talented!

My massage was so relaxing, I felt very comfortable, the room was very soothing (I almost fell asleep!). The massage therapist was very friendly and asked about my comfort level, which I appreciated. My facial was great! Very soothing and felt wonderful. The esthetician was so knowledgeable and recommended products and offered samples for me to try. No pushing. I will definitely keep my membership and use it more! Thank you!

From the front welcome in to the therapist walking me out an ending the session everything was superb. Every person I came in contact with was professional and fairy nice.

I enjoy the friendliness of the staff and therapists, getting to know the personnel, and the facilities. My wife needs good massages for pain control, and we are very pleased to have found a Hand and Stone in Grand Rapids. We have yet to have a poor or mediocre massage. Each therapist has their own methods and techniques, which I find simply find interesting.

The staff is friendly everything is well maintained and I enjoy having me time and i enjoy getting a choice on what type of massage I get
