Every interaction was a good one; staff were very friendly. Pain was relieved and i left feeling very relaxed. Massage therapist made sure to ask about problem areas and level of comfort.

The staff are all friendly and welcoming. The appointments are always on time. The massage was effective in helping my back feel better.

The care given was incredible. Jim, Molly, Janelle, and the ladies in the front (I'm sorry - can't remember their names) were wonderful! I was passing through town and someone gifted my visit. I added on a few extras and it was just perfect! This is a beautiful spa and friendly knowledgable staff! I'd be back if I lived nearby, but from out of state!

i felt very safe at hand and stone! i appreciated the massage therapist's commitment to making me feel safe and asking about areas i do or do not want massaged. will definitely be back!

The technician was very professional. She catered to the needs I requested to relieve stress. She spent adequate time on my entire massage with care and expertise!

Great Service and Great Massage

Staff was welcoming, friendly, did a wonderful job discussing specials without being overwhelming, the right balance ( I work in sales and would be proud of my staff on their suggestive sales approach). Massage therapist was exceptional. I have a complicated massage, due to separated shoulder from a car accident 10 yrs ago, pressure points, scar tissue and it’s hard to penetrate and release the points. My therapist was very skilled, knowledgeable and thorough. I left with exceptional relief I was hoping for.

The whole team at Hand and Stone is friendly and very helpful. The message therapist took the time to get to know me and why I needed this message. I believe message is better than medicine for stress relieve and well being.

The most important thing is the massage therapists skill. She had a good sense of how firm to massage, and just a good touch. She was also friendly and easy to talk to. The reception area had friendly people, and looked nice, smelled nice without smelling too much or like chemicals, and was clean. I was a little leery of this being a chain that it might not be as good, but Im glad it turned out to be a good place.
