Hand and Stone

My wife and I were both highly satisfied with our massage therapists and the work they did. Normally I have a hard time getting a therapist to use as much pressure as I need to gain any relief in my muscles, but the woman I had did a fantastic job with that. We both walked away feeling much better than when we went in.

To the receptionist's credit - she made sure I got a callback about air filtration for the room. The therapist made sure I knew they had moved the unit into our room. 1) Enjoyed the therapist - great information and guidance for the massage 2) Did a great job checking in on pressure periodically when she changed it 3) She addressed every tension area I had identified and I was satisfied with the work that was done given 50 minute session.

This was my first massage from Lamoya and she was excellent. She asked me about my trouble spots and worked them very well while still giving me a wonderful full body massage. Her use of warm towels throughout was also very relaxing. Excellent massage!

I booked a message for my back pain and stiffness and I requested an add-on for pain relief. My therapist was very good at focusing on my stiff areas and applied the biofreeze exactly where I needed it. I felt refreshed and loose after my message and my back was loose and almost painfree the rest of the weekend. I think I need to this 1 month, wish there was a Hand and Stone spa in the Lansing area.

I loved my experience at hand and stone. I have never been to a place that allowed everything to be so customizable. I will be back.

The price was very reasonable. The facility is very warm and welcoming. There was plenty of staff to assist all the customers. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. My massage therapist was amazing.

Easy to book and liked that it was same day availability! The staff was very welcoming and it was a great experience. Definitely would consider coming back.
