Extremely satisfied with EVERYTHING! Wonderful place. My only suggestion would be: On the form that customers fill out on the iPad where they can select what areas they want focused, how much pressure they want, I suggest adding something along the lines of how much talking they want during their visit. I came for peace and relaxation. My therapist was extremely nice, but she did complain a lot about her personal life drama and talked quite a bit. I wanted a relaxing and quiet environment in the moment but was kind and would comment back for small talk. It just went on more than I wanted it to, I just wanted to lay and relax. One place I went to asked customers if they wanted no talking, a little talking, or full conversations during their appointments. I think it was a nice touch! Loved my visit, just wanted some relaxation and not having to hear about someone else’s drama

I had a good experience with my hot stone massage. The heating device that keeps the stones hot was not working and the massage therapist finally reverted to a regular massage. I was charged less.

Friendly and very welcoming atmosphere. The staff were very professional and nice. I felt there was no judgment in conversation at anytime and felt very safe and relaxed about the protocols on reopening due to the pandemic.

I feel welcome from the minute I walk thru the doors. The environment is clean and comfortable. The massage times are on track so i can squeeze in an hour if i need to.
