Aaron was very knowledgeable of massage therapy. The ambiance is great. I have always felt like the massage therapist that I had are very well trained and educated.

Josie is very professional and friendly. She puts me at ease by telling me what product she is using and the benefit it provides. She answers my questions and also respects my time to simply relax.

The staff were very prompt in getting me checked in and serviced. The tone was friendly and casual, but still professional. A good time was had by all.

It is nice to have a place like this in town that has a nice website and great staff that can explain services and pricing. It is very warm and welcoming. The massage beds are heated which was a nice unexpected treat. My wife and I bought a few promotional cards around Christmas and are considering a membership. All is good so far!

Being from out of town, and very sore from working out every day, I wanted to get a relaxing massage as a treat. I was nervous not being from the area that I wouldn't enjoy the massage. However, after reading reviews, I booked an appointment and was very impressed. The friendliness of the staff was probably apart from the massage, my favorite part. Both of the receptionists made me feel very welcome and it was not awkward at all. Additionally, my therapist did a very good job and I was able to relax very well. I am highly impressed with the cleanliness of the facility as well. I will definitely be recommending to my peers and will visit next time I'm in Grand Rapids!

Aaron was the exactly right person to help me - with a background in medical massage. The intake person initially said there were no openings but called back within 30 min with an availability. The receptionist (Rachel, I believe) was extremely friendly and engaging - perfect for the position.
