The staff (both massage therapist and esthetician) were both very knowledgeable and appeared to really care about the concerns presented/need for thr appointment. The spa is esthetically beautiful and promotes a calm environment within the busy shopping district. I wish they didn't have to upsale during the service, but they did so with class.

I had a wonderful facial experience! Mandy did an awesome job with the products she put on my skin. The warm towels felt so good on my face too. I really needed to de-stress and Mandy took care of it all. I will definitely be back.

I was highly satisfied when I was greeted by name at the reception desk. Then my esthetician took great care of me and was very personable. I got out on time and didn't need to spend much time at the reception desk while I was leaving. Everyone smiled a lot and was very friendly!

Mandy was positive and friendly. She’s very knowledgeable and efficient. It was very relaxing and my skin feels great!

I was very appreciative of the safety precautions taken by the staff. Everyone was friendly and the customer service was excellent. The woman who did my facial was very knowledgeable.

The massage was customized to my needs and Aaron took time to make sure I was comfortable, pressure was right, and he told me what he was doing to educate me. I even got a little stretch tip to help my healing process. If COVID didn’t hinder my finances I’d sign up for the membership program to go once a month. Can’t wait to afford to come back!

Facility is clean, comfortable and staff is only friendly. Employees know and call me by name. Jeannie is a good massage therapist.

Everything about our experience was great. From being checked in, meeting the massage therapists and the massage itself. We will definitely be back and can’t wait to try the facials next.
