The front desk staff are VERY friendly and welcoming they make me feel like they know me. The staff are very professional, they always ask if I have problem areas and then address those concerns. The facility is always clean and very peaceful, I can easily relax and enjoy the treatment. I used to go to expensive spas and was disappointed in the treatment itself, I’m very happy with Hand and Stone for high quality treatments, professional employees, and very relaxing atmosphere at an affordable price.

I felt very comfortable and relaxed during my massage. I don't like to talk while I'm getting a massage, and Kylie never makes me pressured to talk. She checks in regarding the pressure and the temperature of the hot stones, but otherwise, she let me relax. It was pure bliss!

My esthetician was phenomenal - she took her time, gave me extra special hand and foot treatments, a long face massage, and made my skin just glow. I look forward to seeing Mandy in February again!
