The experience was fantastic. The staff was quick knowledgeable and professional.

I came in for a flat repair. Not only did they fix my flat but they took the other 3 tires off and checked those as well. Since I had purchased the tires at Big O my whole service was free!

I called them on a Monday. They happened to have the oversized tires I was wanting in stock and said could put on whenever I was ready. I had the tires installed next day, and they had my truck in and out within an hour.

Andrew has helped me several times in the past. He is a great asset to the company and deserves a raise. The guys in the back do a great job, they are considerate when spoken to. They work in a very hot environment and need some cooling back there. Please help them stay cool and they will be more proficient which turns in to better reviews which turns in to better profit. Management reading this, go and put ur desk in that shop and I bet you wont last an HR. Help your guys out already. Check out Porta-cool. Evaporator coolers. They work great.

Very easy to schedule and got in immediately. Time it took was good. Price was significantly higher for oil change than where I normally go, but got it done here because it was due and I was there anyway.

I appreciate getting a quick update on the issue and a timely fix.I also appreciate them working with me on my coupon to save me some money on a repair to a church vehical.

They were honest and provided helpful advise. It was apparent that they are there to help customers and not just trying to make money.

I had took my wife's Van in for tire rotation and balance and noticed that the wheel lock key was missing . And the service Advisor checked if they had one laying around and he did . He was very helpful and pleasant to work with
