Big O Tires

Had rotation and came back for alignment a few days later. Worked me in and manager determined that "it was still under warranty", no charge yippee! Thanks Big O!

Friendly staff and listened well. It was towards the end of the shift and they took the time to help me.

There was a mix up with making an appointment, and being a waiter. I was a waiter with an appointment that decided to go and get material for a job while my truck was being serviced. But since I left i got pushed to the back. So when I returned my truck was not done so I told Andrew that I had to leave do to other time sensitive appointments. He apologized several times for the mix up, and asked that I return to have the service done and he would make sure it was done in a timely manner. I did return the next day and the entire team jumped in and handled everything. Thanks again Andrew.

I called and talked to Race several times before coming in. Race was very professional in his communication. He did a great job in helping me understand the availability of the tires needed, the quality and accurate pricing. Every time I called Race he was polite and patient with my questions. Once I showed up the boys in the shop area were very nice, friendly and helpful. I had a very good experience.

We discussed an alignment for my car and concluded that it would not help my situation because my car has no camber adjustment.

This is my choice for service and tires. Great staff, fair prices.

I had a nail and they explained to me the risk of leaving it in and that the likely cost of taking it out would be a new tire given the location. They did not force me into a new tire, nor did they pressure me into leaving with a uneasy feeling about the situation. Ultimately, I decided to pull the nail and it did exactly what they told me. I was more concerned about the safety of my wife and kids in our van than the cost of a new tire. They helped me find a good tire that matched the rest, which were pretty new to begin with. They gave me a good estimate on how long it would take given what they needed to do and that the new tire was at the warehouse. I was able to wait comfortably and they finished the job sooner than expected. Big O Tires was recommended to me by my neighbor who happened to be in my garage when I discovered the nail. I will be recommending you as well the next time someone needs a tire fix or purchase. Everyone was nice, knowledgeable, and good and what they did. Thank you for everything. See you next time!

Above and Beyond!: These guys are so good to me. I went in for an oil change and a tire rotation and used a coupon. All of this for $29.95 flat! One of my tires was low the next day and I went back. They were so nice and checked the air, synched the TPMS with the computer in my car and said to come back if it wasn't holding air. They were really kind and I appreciate their hard work.

My tire was flat because of a screw. The Springdale location towed my car, patched the issue, and brought my vehicle back at no cost! Very grateful for the generosity.
