Big O Tires

Went to Big O Springdale and was very pleased . If you live in N.W. Arkansas Springdale Big O is the way to go.

Andrew was extremely helpful Gave hands on service and direction Was able to help me quickly and correct what was wrong on a truck I bought used and had wrong parts will recommend to friends

Glen is very knowledgeable, no BS and easy to talk to. I've bought 4 sets of tires for 4 vehicles in the last 9 months or so from Glen plus other services and very satisfied.

There was a mix up with making an appointment, and being a waiter. I was a waiter with an appointment that decided to go and get material for a job while my truck was being serviced. But since I left i got pushed to the back. So when I returned my truck was not done so I told Andrew that I had to leave do to other time sensitive appointments. He apologized several times for the mix up, and asked that I return to have the service done and he would make sure it was done in a timely manner. I did return the next day and the entire team jumped in and handled everything. Thanks again Andrew.

Had a nail in my New tire was brought right in fixed and on my way!

I called and talked to Race several times before coming in. Race was very professional in his communication. He did a great job in helping me understand the availability of the tires needed, the quality and accurate pricing. Every time I called Race he was polite and patient with my questions. Once I showed up the boys in the shop area were very nice, friendly and helpful. I had a very good experience.

I had a nail and they explained to me the risk of leaving it in and that the likely cost of taking it out would be a new tire given the location. They did not force me into a new tire, nor did they pressure me into leaving with a uneasy feeling about the situation. Ultimately, I decided to pull the nail and it did exactly what they told me. I was more concerned about the safety of my wife and kids in our van than the cost of a new tire. They helped me find a good tire that matched the rest, which were pretty new to begin with. They gave me a good estimate on how long it would take given what they needed to do and that the new tire was at the warehouse. I was able to wait comfortably and they finished the job sooner than expected. Big O Tires was recommended to me by my neighbor who happened to be in my garage when I discovered the nail. I will be recommending you as well the next time someone needs a tire fix or purchase. Everyone was nice, knowledgeable, and good and what they did. Thank you for everything. See you next time!

My tire was flat because of a screw. The Springdale location towed my car, patched the issue, and brought my vehicle back at no cost! Very grateful for the generosity.

Guys were friendly and knowledgable, they didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need either. They were quick, and did an excellent job of keeping me informed on their progress. I will definitely use them again.

I like the fact it’s a one stop shop from oil changes, tires, alignments to replacement of U joints this guys do it all. I just drop if off and pickup. They has all my passed maintenance on file even if I go to a different location. They don’t try to up sale you on everything.
