I was highly satisfied with my experience because of how friendly the associated were. I felt very welcomed and that they were trustworthy to work with on my car with their knowledge.

I came in to get a slow leak fixed on a Big O tire. The service rep said it would take about half an hour. Actually it was slightly less than that. Turned out it was a bead leak. The rep explained what that was, how the fixed tire was tested, and presented a zero bill. I can't ask for better than that!

I went in for an oil change and asked if I could get the front end aligned. They got to me rather quickly and were very helpful. They had forgotten to put my tire lock back in my car and called me right away to assure I came back to get it. Big O has always been good to me and the guys in the office are great. Always recommending them to family and friends.

I was just fixing/patching a slow leak in a tire. Price not being mentioned wasn't an issue because I knew it wouldn't be that expensive.

Great customer service. A few months back I had a flat tire and they fixed it at 6 PM at night which was extremely awesome so we decided to purchase four new tires there and the next time I need tires which will probably be next year we will purchase four more

I needed a single tire to match those already on my car. The tire was in stock and was installed promptly, My car now rides very smoothly, as it should. Everyone I interacted with was helpful and courteous.

I have been going when you first open. I am 82 years old I have never fell like they would over charge me. I work in a Beauty Shop I do older lady I tell them to come there.
