I came in for an oil change. That happened without incident. I also observed the team doing a number of other inspections, mostly for safety items such as lights and turn signals. Nice job!

I have been going when you first open. I am 82 years old I have never fell like they would over charge me. I work in a Beauty Shop I do older lady I tell them to come there.

Price drives our commitment to continue using Big O. Customer service is good. Communication is excellent.

I arrived early and they got me right in and it seem like no time at all they had balanced and rotated my tires and oil change was done. Along with inspecting the vehicle for any other complications.

I have had repeat excellent customer service and come to BigO first before anyone else. They go the extra mile and are yet never pushy. Very respectful and courteous. I'm a woman, and many other places will treat me like I'm dumb and don't know about cars "�or care to. However, here, at BigO I can discuss issues with the servicemen quickly and efficiently"�without that weird feeling of "What! great place to get my tire

Was 600 miles from home and needed a tire rotation and alignment checked. Generally at home I use NTB, but the locale I used shredded a wheel while attempting to get a cross threaded lug nut off. But this location meet my concerns and had me on my way with no issues. I appreciate their competent, friendly, and knowledgeable service.

Need wheels balanced. They got it right in

We drove in late last week after finding a flat rear tire (nail puncture), having had it removed and replaced previously with the spare. It was our first time at Big O Tires and we were pleased with the friendly, quick, knowledgeble service; plugged and patched the tire. We were back on the road within 20 minutes and their prices are very reasonable.

Tire cost was fine...Labor costs were high, haven’t paid that in other brands of shops in the past. Also the add on warranty and others were not explained or called our as optional, we were just charged for them. The service was great as were the guys working, but it felt a bit shady when we paid $725 for 4 standard tires.

I have done business with two different Big O stores, Hollister, MO and Springdale, AR, and have been very pleased with both.I must say, however, that the Springdale store is by far my favorite.I truly appreciate their attention to detail and the fact they seem to get better each time I visit.Thanks for everything!

The service was wonderful! Dakota made a GREAT impression on me with his patience and willingness to work around my schedule. The price per tire is high but the service on short notice was wonderful!

I always use big o tires in Springdale . LONNIE has been the man, you couldn't ask for better service or a better buying experience . If something were to cause LONNIE to leave the store my business would follow him .

I called about an appointment for my truck oil change this last Monday and Brian Miller got me right in. When I arrived Brian greeted me as he remembered who I was from the last time I was in. He is a very pleasant young man who reminded me of the waiting room complete with free coffee and bottled water and snacks if I was interested. He had my truck in within 15 minutes! While in the waiting room I overheard his visit with two other customers regarding their specific needs of their vehicles, he explained everything in detail and was not in the least bit pressuring towards them to have work done but at the same expressing why it needed to be done sometime in the near future! When the oil change was complete, I paid my bill and said see you next time Brian and was on my way!I would rate this visit a 5 star and Brian's desire to make folks comfortable with their situation a 5 star!

I walked in with a crazy problem with my cell phone being trapped inside of my console which had to be taken apart to retrieve it...they jumped right on it and had it all fixed within 5 minutes! They were awesome and saved my day. They were so nice and didnt even charge me! Cant get any better than that! They have always treated me excellent. Thank you Big O
