I arrived early and they got me right in and it seem like no time at all they had balanced and rotated my tires and oil change was done. Along with inspecting the vehicle for any other complications.

I was very pleased at the service I recieved! The gentelman that waited on me was Jamal he reasurred me that he would take care of my situation and he did just that!!

After tons of research for a good set of tires I ended up getting the big o brand "big foot" tires. They are the best deal! Not to mention a great warranty and lifetime service. I will be back when I wear this set out.

Tire cost was fine...Labor costs were high, haven’t paid that in other brands of shops in the past. Also the add on warranty and others were not explained or called our as optional, we were just charged for them. The service was great as were the guys working, but it felt a bit shady when we paid $725 for 4 standard tires.

I walked in with a crazy problem with my cell phone being trapped inside of my console which had to be taken apart to retrieve it...they jumped right on it and had it all fixed within 5 minutes! They were awesome and saved my day. They were so nice and didnt even charge me! Cant get any better than that! They have always treated me excellent. Thank you Big O

Asst manager Brian kept me updated throughout the day when I had to have my brakes completely replaced. He was polite and explained everything in a way I could understand.

The associates at the desk were very friendly and open about pricing, timeliness of service, etc. I also witnessed multiple customers come in during my time waiting and they were also all treated with respect and honesty regarding the questions they had about their vehicle needs. They had enough time to engage in conversation which was nice rather than just being treated as a number. Not only would I highly recommend this location for any vehicle needs, but I have already recommended this location to a coworker.
