Big O Tires

I came in to get the oil changed in my tacoma and my wife's 4 runner both were done within an hour and a half .

The staff was super nice and knowledgeable

Had a low tire. Mechanic diagnosed an air leak around the bead. Applied bead sealant. All good to go in about 20 minutes.

And my experience this time was better than last time for two reasons (1) Lelan and Glenn did not use the "Up-Sale" business model they were forced to use last time, and (2) Because of that, Lelan was able to give me straightforward honest advice, and that made ALL THE DIFFERENCE! In the end, he saved me a large chuck of money, and earned lots of "Trust" equity chips in the process.
