Always took care of our tires and oil changes

They are very personal and professional and helpful. I got my oil changed and went leave and my car battery was dead. I went back in and one of the techs came out and checked it out for me. I had to get a new battery, so they got me taken care of very quickly. Great group of guys!

Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

At first I did not have an appointment place but the associate was really friendly and got me set up to get my oil change ASAP without any problem and also clearly told how much the price would be. Further down I was told of any other problems with my vehicle and that I can also do a 90 day financed to help with my vehicle since my alignment and wheels were soon to be bad.

Glenn and his crew are great. I was only there to get two new front tires but they performed a full car inspection and replaced the serpentine belt which was cracked. Kudos!

They got me in quickly, the service was done quickly, vehicle inspection was thorough and recommendations for upcoming service needs were honest and reasonable.

I had a tire low on air. I asked them to check to see if it had a nail. They checked. It did not. The pressure sensor in tire was reading bad. They checked other items on the vehicle. I was not charged anything. I will continue to use Big O.

Great service, friendly and Informative. We recieved a great service at a great price also! We did receive info about some work needed to he done, and had to have a family mechanic repair it at a much more reasonable price. But overall it has been a great experience and we will be returning!

Manager Woodrow Dixon and shop mechanic identified a brake issue and explained what was needed to correct it. Also, the mechanic works in a very conscientious way which I appreciate. Overall attitude of honesty and fairness at this shop.
