We were on our way to Fayetteville and I realized I had a flat tire so we made a pit stop at Big O because I've had a good experience with them before at the Rogers,AR store. This experience was no different, I was worried I'd have to spend an arm and a leg but heck it was only $26 and we were on our way again. I even ordered a sandwich To be delivered from jimmy johns down there block thinking I'd be there for a while but they had the tire fixed faster than it took the sandwich to show up. Thanks!

My visit to the Springdale AR location was excellent. My service specialist (Tabitha) was so helpful and knowledgeable about my inquiry of purchasing new tires for my 2017 Eclipse. Tabitha also shared with me the alignment issues and got the actual technician to explain the process before I made the decision to purchase. The waiting area was comfortable, extremely clean and made the wait more enjoyable. The tires and the alignment have made my vehicle drive and ride like a brand new vehicle. I encourage anyone in the Washington or Benton County area of Arkansas to check this location out. I hope this helps someone who might be looking for a great place for vehicle service, tires and related products.

On the third page of questions, I was not offered a free alignment because I already have the alignment package, I was not greeted at my car because everyone was busy handling other customers, And I was not offered a big O credit card because I already have one. I am very happy with the service that I get at big O In Springdale, I know that there have been some issues, but your new manager JoJo seems to have his shit on the straight and narrow. I'm a very satisfied customer.
