It's not always easy dealing with car needs. The guys at Big O made this very easy for me. They listened to what my needs were and gave me a great value on tires. I checked several other dealers. Made my appointment when it was best for me. Got the job done in good time.

This is the second time that I've come into Big O Tires recently, and both times, the customer service was phenomenal. I didn't have to wait at all to be assisted, all the employees were very nice, gave me an awesome price, and had my car ready to go within one TV episode each time. Super fast, easy, and I couldn't have asked for more.

Used them couple days ago pointed out several things that needed to b addressed and actually showed me hands on what the problem was and suggested things to b aware of but no pressure to fix the same day unlike most shops

I came in with my husband looking to purchase and get new tires put on his work vehicle. The associate at the desk was very friendly and super helpful. I had a credit card with Big O’ Tires but I had lost it since it had been a while since my last use. He was able to look up my account number and they where able to get us in that same day to get new tires. They took 3 hours to replace our tires and I’m happy they where able tondo it that same day.
