Now he saw me get out of my truck which was parked in his view from behind the counter, but it was a pleasure to see he knew what type of vehicle was coming in for service and knew my name. I had asked for an Oil change and rotate when i made my appointment online. When i checked my mileage in the morning i decided to wait for the tire rotate until i was closer to the best mileage suggested to do so. Roger checked me out, he applied a discount that I had a coupon for. He thanked me for the continued support of the business and wished me a great day. I truly felt welcomed and valued as a customer.

I had scheduled an axle replacement, and when they went to do this they discovered that it was actually ok, so they cleaned it up and did not charge me. I never would have known had they decided to replace that it didn't need to be replaced. Nice to have the honesty, which will keep me coming back. I did have my battery replaced, which I didn't know was necessary. Nice to have them alert me.
